The 2nd International Conference on the Right of Freedom of Expression in the Digital Age is now welcoming paper proposals. The event will take place in Nicosia, Cyprus, on the 3rd and 4th of April 2017.
The event organisers welcome submissions from both scholars and practitioners. The call for papers includes the following topic suggestions:
- The limits of freedom of expression and/or freedom of the press
- Freedom of expression in converging communications environments
- Freedom and privacy in (digital) media environments
- Regulatory approaches to issues of freedom of expression and/or freedom of the press
Paper abstracts should be submitted by February 24th. Accepted presenters will be notified by March 3rd, and full papers are due by the end of March.
