A conference entitled “Media Industry Studies: Current Debates and Future Directions” is calling for papers, panels and workshops. The event will take place between the 18th and 20th of April 2018 in London, United Kingdom.
The conference’s focus is on the field of media industry studies, rather than on the media industry itself. In short, the event is tasked with “reviewing the past and present state of media industry studies, and defining the future of the field”. Contributions related to any part of the media industry (and study thereof) are welcome – journalism included.
All submissions are due by September 15th 2017.
