December issue of Journalism & Mass Communication Educator has been published. The current issue consist of five research articles, one essay and seven book reviews.

Paromita Pain, of The University of Texas at Austin, Gina Masullo Chen, of The University of Texas at Austin and Christopher P. Campbell, of The University of Southern Mississippi, are exploring teaching multimedia journalism. Ammina Kothari and Andrea Hickerson, both of Rochester Institute of Technology, study social media use in journalism education.
