A two-day workshop titled “Freedom of Information in Crisis Zones” is looking for paper proposals. The event will take place at London, UK, on the 26th and 27th of May 2016. The workshop is arranged by the City University London, the Penn State University, and the Journal of Information Policy.
The workshop is interested in the flow and control of information in conflict zones. Submissions are open to both scholars and practitioners. The workshop will only be open to accepted presenters, of whom there will be 12.
Paper abstracts (accompanied by author biographies) are due on the 25th of March. Acceptees will be notified by the 8th of April, and “advanced drafts” are expected by the 15th of May.
