Throughout the entire migration process, information and communication technologies play a crucial role in the way migrants negotiate the potential trajectories their overseas ventures may take, write Sun Sun Lim, Tabea Bork-Hüffer and Brenda SA Yeoh, all of National University of Singapore. The articles in this section put special emphasis on differentiating the ways in which the use of digital media is becoming part of migrants’ lives, practices and ventures.
