The Data Power 2017 conference is now accepting paper and session proposals. The conference will be hosted by the Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada, on 22nd and 23rd of June 2017.
The conference is interdisciplinary and will deal with various aspects relating to data such as governance, activism, and social life. Among the topics suggested by the organisers is “data and journalism”.
Paper and session abstracts are due on January 25th 2017. Accepted papers will be considered for the journals The Canadian Journal of Communication and Online Information Review.
