The 10th International Conference on Interactive Digital Storytelling (ICIDS2017) is calling for various submissions. The conference will take place in Funchal, on the Madeira Islands (Portugal), between the 14th and 17th of November 2017.
The event is open to “research papers, position papers, posters and demonstrations” from scholars and practitioners alike. The organisers invite submissions that fall under one of five thematic areas:
- Brave new ideas
- Theoretical foundations
- Analyses and evaluations of systems
- Storytelling technologies
- Usage scenarios and applications
The deadline for full paper submissions is June 23rd, and acceptance decisions will be announced by the end of July. Workshop proposals must be submitted by July 14th, and decisions on them will be made by August 4th. All other submissions are due on August 4th, and they are decided upon by August 25th.
