In her newly published article Julian Matthews explores the processes of politicisation and mediation as informing the elite UK newspaper reporting of climate change. Article shows that the politicisation process shapes how elite newspapers construct their reporting. In this case, the studied newspapers collectively reproduced a number of frames that originated from the UK politicisation of the climate change issue.
