Corporate media tend to focus on solutions offered by the organization to address issues related to workforce aging, and avoid associations with problems regarding older workers’ employability, write Anne C. Kroon, Martine van Selm, Claartje ter Hoeven & Rens Vliegenthart.

The study explores how corporate and news media frame older workers’ employability, and trace the factors that account for variation in these representations.
